NOAH Camp

NOAH Camp, part of YWAM Cornerstone’s NOAH Project,
is a retreat exclusively for the children and families of full-time servants of the Church
who have committed their lives as pastors, ministers, and missionaries.
Being in full-time ministry is challenging. Many at YWAM Cornerstone know firsthand that being a pastor’s kid (PK) or missionary’s kid (MK) is equally challenging or even tougher!

It’s not only the sacrifice of a father or mother that enables him or her to be in full-time ministry. From a child’s perspective, often a parent’s dedication to ministry entails paying a serious cost. And as each family member struggles with different issues such as ministry stress, financial burdens, cross-cultural adjustment, peer pressure, academic difficulty, living up to people’s expectations, loneliness, etc., the whole family begins to drift apart gradually. And God’s heart breaks for the brokenness of His people.

NOAH’s goal is to strengthen and restore the families of God’s servants through fresh personal encounters with Him that bring renewal and family reconciliation. We want to create an environment where God not only visits, but remains. Because we know that when God is with us beautiful things happen in and through us. We are committed to pursuing and ushering in His presence and His Kingdom in every sphere or our lives, starting with one child, one family and one church/ministry.

Through NOAH, we want to raise righteous leaders and families who will partner with God to change the world.

We pray that each participant whether child, parent, volunteer, or speaker will be blessed and challenged to choose to live everyday as God’s hands and feet.
